Communicate exceptionally in high stress situations, in both verbal and written form, to all levels of the organization. Ability to lead conference calls with large groups of geographically dispersed stakeholders. Ability to thrive and maintain calm in a variety of high-stress situations. Ability to distil technical and complex information into easily understood business terms for management. Ability to manage both technical (e.g., forensics investigations) and non-technical workstreams (e.g., data impact reviews, external communications) as part of mitigating risk and/or impact to the Firm. Drive constructive post-incident reviews to ensure lessons learned are memorialized and risk owners identified. Conduct incident scenario preparation including scenario development with stakeholder teams, playbook development and incident response drills. Ability to drive your own learning, proactively identify gaps in understanding, and be receptive to constructive feedback. 6+ years of professional work experience. Experience working for a global distributed organization conducting 24/7 operations. Proven troubleshooting skills including a strong sense of commitment and drive towards incident resolution. Professional experience within security roles, preferably within the financial sector, law enforcement, the military, and/or the intelligence community. Experience of Major Incident Management. Certifications such as: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or SANS Certifications (GCIH, GSEC, etc.) is a plus. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
