"h Project manage the delivery of key regulatory and risk management projects, to ensure appropriate and timely closure of remediation plans. "h Execution of risk projects, including developing project plans, driving delivery and highlighting relevant risks and issues. "h Senior stakeholder management and project reporting in governance committees. "h Documentation of business requirements in partnership with clients as appropriate. "h Creating concise and effective presentations for senior management on project updates and regulatorready materials. "h Bachelor¡¦s degree or equivalent. "h Experience in project managing and delivering strategic or regulatory projects. "h The ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, both written and verbally. "h An interest in working in a fast-paced environment, often balancing multiple high priority deliverables. "h Confidence to take ideas forward and to challenge others, where appropriate, with experience in management by influence, facilitating and gaining consensus. "h Strong attention to detail and ability to provide information in usable formats (proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word). "h The ability to work independently in a self-directed way in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. "h Minimum 3-4 years of experience at leading financial institutions (experience in Risk Management "h Experience of interpreting regulatory guidelines and experience relating to the regulatory environment
