CRM Business Analyst

Experience using CRM Products to develop client or business solutions Strong knowledge of solution development methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, SDLC) Effective in managing multiple parallel work streams and initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detailed, organized, and results-oriented Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment Excellent communicator with solid written and verbal presentation skills Highly developed sense of ownership and accountability for work Strong attention to detail in both technical and non-technical capacity An understanding of web technologies, the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies Focus on usability and an eye for design Excellent relationship building capabilities with partners both internal and external to the organization Strategic problem solver able to define and evaluate alternatives, and break high-level goals into specific project tasks Independent initiative and comfort working in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to changing and evolving business needs Ability to measure a given business problem to both quantify the issue and the benefits from the technology solution; SQL skills are a plus Experience with Salesforce, possibly on implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Advanced understanding of MS applications with focus on data analysis (Excel), process flow (Visio), documentation (Word, OneNote) and presentations (PowerPoint) Proficiency in using project management tool, such as Jira, Microsoft Project BS/BA degree in a relevant field required. Advanced degrees a plus.
