Credit Risk Management - Corporate Counterparty Risk, Associate / Vice President
Bachelors degree or equivalent Experience in dealing with traded products and the trade approval process i.e. dealing with traders, sales coverage Understanding of financial markets, credit analysis and ability to analyse key risks and mitigants Familiarity with financial products e.g. Commodities (preferred), swaps, FX, rates and legal documentation (e.g. ISDA, CSAs) Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both written and verbally Ability to work independently in a self-directed way including on change initiatives or process improvement Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often balancing multiple high priority deliverables Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; experience in financial analysis and modelling (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to provide information in usable formats (proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Fluency in English is required, plus another European language (preferred) Skills that will help you in the role: Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, VBA, Python/R (preferred) Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
