We're seeking someone to join our team as a Creative Solutions Manager to service the digital marketing and communications needs of the Firm from our Glasgow office.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business.

What you'll do in the role:
- Partner closely with internal clients as well as creative leadership and makers to develop winning creative briefs, collaborating holistically to inspire and elevate the work.
- Undertake primary research, analysis of first- and third-party data, etc., to help inform strategic plans and creative recommendations.
- Be a key member of brainstorms to help develop creative solutions across a number of outputs, including digital/web experiences, branded editorial, video/motion, audio, podcasting, social, email, and branding and design initiatives.
- Collaborate with editorial leads, writers and content contributors
- Work directly with project managers and designers to ensure projects are delivered in scope, on time and on budget.
- Serve as point of escalation for internal clients interfacing with vendor creative team.
- Engage in proactive planning with internal clients and vendor team, looking for opportunities to exceed expectations and evolve our services.
- Collaborate with global Creative Studio leadership and operations teams to share best practices, performance metrics and develop case studies articulating business impact.

What you'll bring to the role:
- 5+ years experience at an agency or Fortune 500 company.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills to develop lasting professional relationships with clients.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for marketing, communications and digital trends and best practices.
- Sharp oral/written communication and presentation skills with proven ability to effectively pitch, plan, develop and present concepts.
- Well-honed leadership, analytical and decision-making ability.
- Willingness to invent, test and apply learnings to future decisions.
- Expertise at wearing many hats - strong attention to detail with ability to connect to larger strategic goals and business impact.
- Knowledge of vendor management/outsourcing a plus.
