COO Team- Strategy and Execution, Client Segments, Analyst, Wealth Management
Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following: Assist COO and onshore partners with tracking recruiting, training materials, and onboarding of new staff. Create leadership presentations, ability to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders will also be critical to success of the team. Offer flexible, cross-functional support to the U.S. based team as needed. Create metrics for operational efficiencies. The role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, comfort working with large datasets, tools to create metrics, cadent, visualize data and the ability to effectively communicate for project planning. Collect, monitor, and reconcile KPI/ OKR reporting for each role in the program and provide insights to drive performance improvements and data-informed decision making. Promote a culture of inclusivity, high performance, and continuous improvement. Develop governance/reporting framework for providing status updates to WMP onshore leadership Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of experience in Wealth Management operations or related roles in the financial services industry. COO team experience preferred. Strong analytical & critical reasoning skills, an ability to effectively summarize datasets. Prior experience with visualization skills (like Tableau) is preferred. Expertise with Microsoft suite of products Excel, PowerPoint Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and senior stakeholders. Strong analytical & critical reasoning skills. Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
