Content Management Strategist (Hybrid)

Lead the implementation of a new content management system (CMS): refine requirements, establish business processes, and guide stakeholders through change management to ensure adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to identify, publish, and govern HR content. Transform complex information into clear, usable content (i.e., policies, processes, reference guides). Promote and drive the application of content standards across various platforms. Analyze content performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to enhance the Knowledge Management strategy. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Experience with Content Management Systems such as AEM and a basic understanding of AI is desirable but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking and autonomy: a self-starter who is proactive, capable of identifying cause and effect, and able to make sound decisions with limited information. Project management skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a global and fast-paced environment. Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Our teams are relentless collaborators and creative thinkers, fueled by their diverse backgrounds and experiences. We are proud to support our employees and their families at every point along their work-life journey, offering some of the most attractive and comprehensive employee benefits and perks in the industry. There's also ample opportunity to move about the business for those who show passion and grit in their work. We work to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where all individuals can maximize their full potential.
