Compensation expense planning/forecasting Liaise with the Financial Planning & Analysis teams to facilitate compensation expense forecasting and reporting for firm senior management CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) regulatory process that is run on a quarterly basis, including refreshing inputs in the expense model, reviewing results, and recording output in the finance reporting system. Manage deferral structures in partnership with the Executive Pay Design team, seeking to ensure new plans are calculating correctly in the compensation system, as well as working with the Rewards & Analytics teams to review accuracy of all deferrals in the monthly accrual process. Preparation of other ad hoc compensation related modelling and analytics to create senior management exhibits & presentations, often central to making critical business decisions Collaboration with various partners, including Finance, Payroll, Executive Compensation, and Business-specific and firmwide Compensation Teams Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of professional related work experience; prior experience in financial analysis/reporting or compensation strongly preferred. Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical concise way. Strong process and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, re-prioritize as needed, problem-solve autonomously and a proclivity to approach projects with interest in learning new concepts and building on institutional knowledge. Must have superior attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey ideas clearly & concisely. Strong Microsoft Excel skills; exposure to Microsoft Access preferred Enjoy high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
