Community and Engagement Project Manager

Create inspirational, informative, and action-oriented content such as newsletters, posts and other messaging for technical and executive audiences. End-to-end management of campaigns and initiatives, including strategic design and implementation. Update and maintain the team's presentation suite to reflect recent and future activities. Ensure timely updates to Jive, including regular audits to the site. Attend meetings and share notes with relevant teams. Aggregate and distribute end-of-week updates, ensuring comprehensive coverage of team activities. Manage team's project closure form process, ensuring timely feedback from project sponsors. Organize quarterly touchpoints with key partners and project teams to explore improvement opportunities. Track and report on activities and provide metrics. Support new task allocation, recurring tasks, and quarterly planning. Ad-hoc tasks as requested. Outstanding attention to detail Proven stakeholder management and project management capabilities Strong visualization skills in PowerPoint for data presentation and critical messaging. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Strong communication and data analysis mindset. Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing tools is a plus. The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience in project management in technology communications, or a related field, ideally in a large enterprise environment.
