Manage the obligations and performance of supplier contracts in partnership with Service Owners and Sourcing Drive commercial value from supplier relationships; minimize risks; and enhance contractual stipulations aligned to a service solution. Serve as a trusted advisor to all stakeholders and work collaboratively across multiple levels and geographies to develop strategies that drive business value as well as mitigate risk. Leverage all tools and resources available, including but not limited to developing Obligations Reports and SLA templates. Leveraging technology such as Ariba and Sirion to create value and impact. Create sound financial analysis and interpretation of supplier contracts to stakeholders. Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years relevant experience in Contract and Sourcing positions Ability to read and understand contract language and SLAs / KPIs Experience in contract interpretation, analysis, drafting, and identifying key terms and obligations. Facilitate QBRs and meetings with vendors and Service Owners to review performance and then compare to contractual SLAs / KPIs Commercial negotiation and influencing skills to drive savings and deliver value to stakeholders.
