We're seeking a skilled individual who is passionate in building high-quality application to join our Data Security Tooling team in Security Development as a Software Engineer in Cyber. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining data security solutions that will protect sensitive data in the Firm. The ideal candidate will combine strong software development skills with deep knowledge of data security principles. In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Software Eng III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for - Lead the design and development of complex software systems and applications. - Architect solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements for large-scale data security platforms. - Design and implement web-based data gateway and async data processing pipeline - Learn and apply data security best practices under supervision. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation efforts - Optimize data security processing and retrieval for performance and cost efficiency. - Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure software quality and reliability. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Minimum 5 years of experience in web API development experience using C# .NET or relevant experience Familiar with ASP.NET, IIS, MongoDB, SQL, Kafka Familiar with high performance web services with file transfer over HTTP Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex web applications Strong proficiency in software design and architecture. Mentorship of junior team members and code review expertise. Ability to drive technical initiatives and provide leadership.
