Client OnBoarding, Senior Associate, Prime Brokerage.We're seeking someone to join our team as Senior Associate who is responsible for oversees the entire client onboarding process across all asset classes and client types.In the Prime Brokerage and Institutional Equity division, we provide our clients around the world with intellectual insights and innovative product solutions and services that help them generate alpha.Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.What you'll do in the role: * Single point of contact who oversees the entire client onboarding process across all asset classes and client types * Assisting in the client integration process by hosting weekly calls, providing regular updates to clients, ensuring timely progression of follow up items, and managing client expectations around next steps and timing * Identify, promote, and maximize the client's overall relationship with the firm * Break down product silos during onboarding will increase transparency into client needs and therefore maximize commercial opportunity * Provide updates to the larger Prime Brokerage team regarding launch statistics around fund count, * Understand the client's market, product, and operational needs * Educate the client on Morgan Stanley's capabilities * Mitigate franchise risk * Provide an escalation point * Ensure complete and accurate setup * Use of internal technology to improve our process and allow for a reduction of manual intervention * Eliminate duplication of tasks by creating a roadmap for both the client and project manager to follow during the onboarding processWhat you'll bring to the role: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in an Investment Bank or Custodian Bank with focus on capital markets and proficiency in financial products Chartered Accountant or M.B.A. from reputed Institutes Understanding capital markets and how various products are traded and understanding MS offering around same Familiarity with basic accounting principles Understanding of prime brokerage business Demonstration of excellent communication and relation building skills Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail Ability to identify and escalate issues effectively and appropriately Generalist skill set with the ability to deal with all levels of client organization and our firm's support structure Ability to handle pressure, prioritize and multi-tasking during the course of a business day Proven ability to take ideas forward and to challenge current processes with integrity and maturity Strong project management skills Proficiency in MS Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
