The Investment Management Software Quality Testing Engineer Chapter Lead position is a highly visible/critical role, which will be a team lead for technical SME'S managing the testing of the Investment Management systems. Scope includes but not limited to, enhancement and maintain the front end and backend frameworks. This role will be responsible for overall evaluation, implementation and maintenance of Framework, Tool and Dashboard across all applications of Investment Management. Additionally, partner with IM business units, various levels of management and staff to collect, analyse and ensuring the quality and performance of front-end web applications. As a team lead with expertise in testing, you will provide subject matter expertise in testing various strategies of Functional, Performance, Resiliency and End to End Integration colleagues to provide reviews and recommendations to avoid any future application issues. Produce guidance documentation, standards and procedures, products assessments, and training material including working with the various application and infrastructure support teams ensuring that they are documenting all testing procedures followed including the results. You will serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provide technical knowledge in designing the frontend and backend test strategy for new applications to be onboarded. The Chapter Testing India Lead role is expected to create and maintain frontend and backend frameworks including Testing Metrics across Investment technology At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. Backend Testing SME in Python or other framework Tools Frontend Testing SME in Playwright or another frameworks/Tool Conduct POC, evaluate and implement various tools to facilitate Functional, End to End Integration, Performance, Resiliency, Regression and Chaos Testing for all applications across divisions. Develop automation frameworks to ensure comprehensive coverage Create Dashboard to capture various KPI across all testing teams Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured testing frameworks Perform thorough analysis to further enhance automation across the division Stay up to date with new testing approaches, tools and test strategies Employ coding and testing for CI/CD and DevOps Work in the Agile development methodologies, collaborating with business and technology teams located globally At our foundation are five core values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - that guide our more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
