Business Specialist Analyst

Support National Accounts and Portfolio Specialist Consultants (PSC) as an internal point person for a diverse set of functional areas, including investment teams, marketing, product, operations, legal/compliance Establish familiarity with internal systems to respond to client requests Support the coordination of responses to client requests by liaising with internal teams, and utilizing internal resources Coordinate team meetings and prepare presentations; including those attended by sales representatives Work closely with the Business Manager to prepare sales channel reporting, product performance analyses and weekly reports to NA/PSC, management and sales Maintain team pipeline information in firm CRM systems and prepare client activity reports for senior management Manage events and budgeting; coordinate and support team requests for client and industry conferences, including investment teams and external speakers Help coordinate due diligence meetings; maintain good communication across key stakeholders, ensure timely completion of the approval process at 3rd. party firms Work closely with RM/PSC team to develop business plans for each client firm focused on retaining current placement and identify new opportunities Understand and maintain a working knowledge of firm platforms, firm initiatives, and investment trends Establish excellent communication across functional areas of the firm- including investment teams, marketing, product, operations/client service, and legal/compliance teams-to ensure seamless execution of business requests Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years' relevant sales/marketing experience with an investment management organization or other financial services firm is preferred, proficient with MS Office (particularly excel) Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Entrepreneurial and high degree of professionalism, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities Demonstrated success in taking initiative and delivering immediate and independent action to solve business problems Commitment to a team-oriented environment and a willingness to openly share ideas and leverage the expertise of others to generate new ideas Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
