Manage efforts to incorporate new technology capabilities onto the Wealth Management Workflow Ecosystem Oversee, create, and implement business cases and technology requirements for projects that reduce risk, drive operational efficiency and business enablement Act as a liaison between business, product, User Experience, and technology teams to identify and prioritize platform enhancement scope, milestones, and timelines Identify and elaborate on critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes that align with the vision/goals and address critical user and business needs Deliver end user engagement and adoption initiatives, including training collateral development and management Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, and/or business strategy/reengineering fields Strong analytical, strategic thinking, & problem-solving skills with the ability to execute on strategic solutions Strong project management, organization, communication, attention to detail and analytical skills Proven ability to manage delivery/execution of a wide range of tasks and initiatives Ability to quickly turnaround high-quality work without sacrificing skill or accuracy Experience developing partnerships & successfully coordinating across multiple lines of business/product areas. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing expectations and deadlines across various projects. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
