Associate, Software Engineer

Collaborate with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, building data flows, and develop conceptual data models. Develop best practices for standard naming conventions and coding practices to ensure consistency of data models. Evaluate data models and physical databases for variances and discrepancies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Project Manager, Project Associate, Programmer Analyst or a related role. Requires five (5) years of experience with: Data modeling, data design and relational database, including SQL Server/Sybase, and Oracle; T-SQL; PL/SQL; Unix; Linux; modeling tools including Metacenter and MDX; designing enterprise data models for wealth management industry; and performance tuning and query optimization. Requires three (3) years of experience with: Perl; Shell scripting; Postman; and Control-M. Requires one (1) year: financial markets, lending based products and wealth management; SAP Hana Studio; SAP HANA XSA; and Bitbucket.
