Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution Relationship management between Operations, Prime Brokerage, and clients Development of Corporate Action process and system enhancements to improve the client experience Responses to client inquiries on complex corporate events across global markets Direct Corporate Actions support with select top tier clients Client Service and external client training on systems, tools and corporate events Expiration date support of voluntary events, globally, ensuring 100% response from all PB clients Weekly risk analysis of upcoming global expirations that is shared with Prime Brokerage, Risk teams, and other interested parties Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values Customer service competency is a must with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) is required. The candidate will require the ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues, be required to meet deadlines as well as be able to work effectively as part of a team. Additionally, good analytical and mathematical skills are needed. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $65,000 and $103,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
