Single point of contact who oversees the entire client onboarding process across all asset classes and client types Assisting in the client integration process by hosting weekly calls, providing regular updates to clients, ensuring timely progression of follow up items, and managing client expectations around next steps and timing Identify, promote, and maximize the client's overall relationship with the firm Break down product silos during onboarding will increase transparency into client needs and therefore maximize commercial opportunity Provide updates to the larger Prime Brokerage team regarding launch statistics around fund count, size, strategy, vendor selection and competitive landscape. Reduce Risk Understand the client's market, product, and operational needs Mitigate franchise risk Provide an escalation point Ensure complete and accurate setup Increase Efficiency Use of internal technology to improve our process and allow for a reduction of manual intervention Eliminate duplication of tasks by creating a roadmap for both the client and project manager to follow during the onboarding process 0-3 years of relevant experience in an Investment Bank or Custodian Bank with focus on capital markets and proficiency in financial products Chartered Accountant or M.B.A. from reputed Institutes Understanding capital markets and how products trade, settle and are accounted for Understanding of prime brokerage business Demonstration of excellent communication and relation building skills Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail Ability to identify and escalate issues effectively and appropriately Familiarity with basic accounting principles Generalist skill set with the ability to deal with all levels of client organization and our firm's support structure Ability to handle pressure, prioritize and multi-tasking during the course of a business day Proven ability to take ideas forward and to challenge current processes with integrity and maturity Strong project management skills Proficiency in MS Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
