To answer queries, provide advice and support employees, HR Business Partners in relation to Firm benefits, including but not limited to medical, insurance, retirement as well as health and wellbeing resources To help manage logistics, coordinate and execute local and regional Wellbeing related events, for example, face to face or virtual webinars/trainings designed to meet the needs of employees, managers and/or other stakeholders. To assist in identifying opportunities and designing/implementing new programs To manage Wellbeing related vendors /contracts, monitor invoice processes and review vendor performance in line with agreed SLAs To collaborate with other HR functions, employee led networks and wellbeing champions in delivering targeted programs and communication To collate and analyze available data, such as utilization and satisfaction information to assess program effectiveness and to identify trends or areas for development To work closely with various internal departments on Wellbeing related communications and promotional campaigns (emails, posters, etc.) To maintain and keep up to date an internal intranet site for employees Bachelor's degree At least 2-3 years' experience in Benefits and/or the health and wellbeing space.
