We're seeking someone to join our team as a Health and Benefits Associate to support the Firm's health and wellbeing strategy to facilitate a healthy, inclusive culture and approach to mental health and wellbeing. Promoting the positive physical, mental, family and financial wellbeing of our employees and their families, focusing on awareness, prevention and treatment.In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the Asia HR Benefits team, which is responsible for how benefits are set, managed, and promoted across ten locations within APAC.Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.What you'll do in the role: • To answer queries, provide advice and support employees, HR Business Partners in relation to Firm benefits, including but not limited to medical, insurance, retirement as well as health and wellbeing resources • To help manage logistics, coordinate and execute local and regional Wellbeing related events, for example, face to face or virtual webinars/trainings designed to meet the needs of employees, managers and/or other stakeholders. • To assist in identifying opportunities and designing/implementing new programs • To manage Wellbeing related vendors /contracts, monitor invoice processes and review vendor performance in line with agreed SLAs • To collaborate with other HR functions, employee led networks and wellbeing champions in delivering targeted programs and communication • To collate and analyze available data, such as utilization and satisfaction information to assess program effectiveness and to identify trends or areas for development • To work closely with various internal departments on Wellbeing related communications and promotional campaigns (emails, posters, etc.) • To maintain and keep up to date an internal intranet site for employees • Other global/regional projects and initiatives as applicableWhat you'll bring to the role: • Bachelor's degree • At least 2-3 years' experience in Benefits and/or the health and wellbeing space.
