Site Engagement and Event Management: Plan and execute site-wide events, including employee networking activities, senior management visits, public events, and charitable engagements. Manage logistics, marketing, and budgeting for events to ensure seamless execution. Develop and implement communication strategies, including drafting site-wide newsletters, managing content on internal websites, and preparing presentations for stakeholder meetings. Manage the site management event calendar, working with the various teams and stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for site governance and stakeholder management. Support the budgeting process by facilitating approvals, processing payments and expense reports. Contribute to special projects and support other US Global Centers as needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field. Strong project management and event planning skills. Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with internal websites and collaboration tools (HTML, Jive Platform, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint). A proactive, self-starter attitude with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in internal communications and corporate events (employee engagement, client, etc.) Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
