Requires a Master's degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the position offered or two (2) years of experience as a Systems Analyst, or related occupation in the technology field. Requires two (2) years of experience with: supporting infrastructure technologies or software development; working with development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile (Scrum and Kanban); data quality management and reporting production; data extraction using JSON and REST APIs; PL-SQL; SQL; Oracle; Sybase ASE; SQL Server; business and technology data cataloging; managing data governance artifacts including: scorecards, dashboards, and data quality policies, standards, and procedures; and Collibra Data Governance Center to understand data structure in order to catalogue data (including operating model, asset models and meta model). Requires one (1) year of experience with: governing internal stakeholders via data privacy regulations and related compliance processes including GDPR and CCPA.
