- Participating in ISDA and other Industry forums to understand and track the discussions and do follow ups with internal stakeholder as needed. - Performing analysis of any new reporting requirements (including new fields and change in reporting specifications), working with Legal and Compliance to interpret the ask, perform gap analysis and work with technology teams to quantify the implementation requirements - Work with Compliance, Technology, and other internal teams to review and address the ask for implementations and provide timely answers. - Performing root cause analysis and working with RTB & Technology teams & QA testing teams for getting strategic fixes delivered successfully, post the testing and evidence reviews. - Performing seamless release co-ordination activities along with global counterparts. - Can contribute independently to automation or enhancement initiatives - Proactively explore solutions to close control gaps and ensure adherence to existing control framework - Training new joiners/juniors in the team as and when required Skills Required: - 5+ years of operation experience in capital markets/ OTC products. - Experience in regulatory reporting will be preferred with knowledge of regulations related to APAC, NA or EMEA will be appreciated. - Strong analytic and problem solving/process improvement skills including knowledge of SQL - Ability to learn quickly and solve poorly defined problems. - Ability to develop strong relationships and personal credibility with stakeholders and understand their needs and requirements - Ability to excel in an environment of ambiguity by quickly adapting behaviour and work methods to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities. - Must have ability to work under a deadline-driven environment and prioritize accordingly - Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Must be comfortable to present and speak to senior management and compliance counterparts - Product knowledge on OTC Derivatives & Trade Transaction Regulatory Reporting is must. - Good working knowledge on SQL, Power BI, Alteryx is beneficial - Should be comfortable preparing and explaining process flow diagrams Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
