We're seeking someone to join our Index and Structured Electronic Trading (ISET) team as an App Integration Engineer in Algo Super Dept, to manage the Equity Trading and Inventory plants and deliver business projects for the Equity Swaps and Principal businesses in Asia.## ## In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.## ## Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.## ## What you'll do in the role:## - Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.## - Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics. * ## Manage and execute the deployment process of a highly complex plant, managing dependencies across multiple distributed systems * ## Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions * ## Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications * ## Measure and optimize our DevOps capabilities, with an eye toward pushing the agenda forward, getting ahead of client needs, and innovating to continually improve## ## What you'll bring to the role:## - Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.## - Experienced understanding of business line and discipline. * ## Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible team player and will be expected to collaborate with teams in local and remote locations, liaising with cross-functional team to develop business solutions. * ## Hands on system operation experience in Unix/Linux system to perform troubleshooting and monitoring * ## Proficient in one of the scripting languages: Python or Unix/Linux shell script * ## Excellent English written and oral communication skills * ## A self-starter that strives for success in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
