Application Development Engineering Lead, Executive Director

Enable Internal Audit organization to evaluate the Firm's internal controls, identify & assess risks by providing a framework for documentation & periodic assessment of entities. Facilitate and support the Non Financial Risk Second Line Testing Program: a centralized body of testing with subject matter specialists that are mobilized to execute testing, in service of achieving sufficient coverage of the firm's non-financial risk appetite. Enable the firm's New Product Approval process designed to manage firm's new products and related risks on an aggregated basis at the firmwide level Leading a global Legal and Compliance Technology function by managing a team of technical leads and developers globally. Providing architecture expertise, guidance, and mentorship to ensure successful delivery. Driving an integrated scalable design that supports regional requirements while minimizing maintenance overhead. Managing stakeholder engagements and developing strong client relationships. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide technical leadership, risk evaluation and mitigation strategies, and high-quality deliverables. Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication. Serving as a key advisor to senior management, providing insights and facilitating decision-making processes. Optimizing business process to improve overall efficiency. Managing recruiting, talent retention, and career growth activities. Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise scale complex business applications using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, caching solution, message brokers (e.g. Kafka), PostgreSQL, workflow solutions. Expertise in designing On-Premises to Cloud integrations with SaaS based platforms and vendor solutions. In-depth knowledge of software design principles, architectural patterns, and system integrations Strong DevOps focus and experience with CI/CD tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and break down complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with a certain level of ambiguity. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $195,000 and $275,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
