API Security Engineering Lead (Hybrid)

Engineering, deployment, and operations of solutions pertaining to API Discovery and Security Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate API Discovery & Security with Asset Inventory & SDLC Integrate WAF solution with the API Security solution. Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and systems. Develop, implement, and revise relevant policies, procedures, and standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to meet security requirements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of metrics and outcomes. Availability for weekend and on-call support on a rotation basis and holiday coverage. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. 8+ years of technology experience with at least 3 years in cybersecurity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
