Analyst - WM Risk (Firm Risk Management)

Support the development, implementation and maintenance of issues dashboard Generate monitoring reports across the full lifecycle of issue management (i.e., identification, recording, remediation, and closure) Work on creating Bank and Board reporting committee materials Continually evaluate existing reports, processes and analytical tools to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness Liaise with other teams across the first and second lines-of-defense to follow-up on issues as a result of the data analysis Perform quality assurance for the closure of issues Assist with ad-hoc requests Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Business, Finance, or similar Strong reporting and analytical skills with great attention to detail Knowledge of data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI), data extraction and manipulation (SQL), reporting process automation (VBA), and proficiency in computer applications (Excel and PowerPoint) Very good relationship building and communication skills, both verbal and written Well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
