Analyst - Run the Bank, Deposits (Wealth Management)

> Assist in resolution of identified product issues, execution of remediation processes and control enhancement by collaborating with key stakeholders. > Manage business controls, policies and procedures, self-assessment process, and legal and compliance requests > Perform monitoring tasks, such as AAA closed accounts reporting, sweep remediation, sweep exception reviews for both FA channel and ETRADE channel, etc. > Develop new deposits reporting and KPI tracking as needed, highlighting key business metrics and business opportunities > Collaborate with stakeholders and risk partners across multiple business functions to execute strategic initiatives and projects. > Maintain a library of reports and analyses that can be readily accessed by the onshore team for the purpose of meeting internal and regulatory reviews and requests. > Plan and execute on the department's strategy to enhance the risk control environment by leveraging emerging technology, automation, dashboarding etc. for efficient risk reporting and analysis. > Bachelor's degree in finance and risk management preferred > 1-3 years of professional experience in Financial Services reporting or risk management, finance, legal/compliance > Familiarity with operational and business risk management is preferred > Attention to detail, strong analytical, quantitative, and investigative problem-solving abilities, with exceptional analytical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality work > Demonstrated success working independently and meeting multiple deadlines > Strong project management and technical reporting skills, e.g. dashboard creation Skills/Abilities > Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook > Experience working with large data sets, with knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and/or VBA is a plus > Strong communicator with solid written and verbal presentation skills > Self-starter who is able to work independently on multiple tasks, efficient time management skills and attention to detail > Great data visualization and PowerPoint skills, with ability to put together cohesive, senior management-ready decks > Ability to problem solve and translate business needs into specific project tasks > Excellent relationship building capabilities with internal partners to build consensus and drive solutions > Appreciate and encourage diversity of people, ideas, and perspectives > Highly motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
