MSREI currently manages $52 billion of gross real estate assets worldwide on behalf of its clients.Position Summary:Reporting to a Vice President, position is to support the overall review of the accounting, reporting and operations for pan-European Investments.Location: FrankfurtPrimary Responsibilities: * Support and review NAV calculations, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables prepared by the outsourced fund administrator, including both fund and investment level * Direct and review the financials of the property-owning entities and mid-tier entities, including but not limited to the monthly financial packages, audited financial statements and tax returns * Manage liquidity model for purposes of cash monitoring and forecasting at both the fund and investment level, including line of credit management and related debt compliance * Review and support with AIFM, AIFMD and other regulatory reporting, as relevant * Support ad hoc reporting and requests, including DDQs and RFPs.Skills Required: * University degree in finance or accounting, Big 4 and/or real estate experience a plus * Accounting experience, preferably in real estate * Strong accounting, analytical and data management/aggregation skills * PC proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, is required * Successful candidate will have strong communication skills given the need to communicate effectively in oral and written form with colleagues, supervisors, portfolio management, asset management, third party vendors/administrators and loan servicers * Ability to work within an international team and under tight deadlines with a positive and collaborative attitude * Committed to delivering the highest quality work product; strong attention to detail * Proactive; self-motivated and goal-oriented * Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasksWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
