AI/ML Model Developer
As an AI/ML model developer in the Risk AI Applications team, you will: Design and develop AI applications to enhance the Firm's risk management processes and provide new insights for risk managers. Contribute to software development using Python and AI/ML models, focusing on natural language processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4. Collaborate with risk managers, model reviewers, and other stakeholders. Operate as part of a global team. actively contribute as a hands-on developer while closely collaborating with the team. Work as part of an international team. Contribute to high-impact projects. Collaborate with high-performing technology teams in Risk and front office quant-developer teams. A graduate degree (master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Mathematical Finance, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related fields. Proven track record in computer programming. Familiarity with financial concepts and products. Demonstrated interest in AI/ML concepts. Exposure to modern development best practices, including unit testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal English, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong proficiency in Python programming. Familiarity with financial models.
