Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to support firmwide key initiatives and sponsorships across the Firmwide AI website. Backlog Management: Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Industry best practices and Competitive Assessments: Stay abreast of industry best practices by conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand digital best-in-class solutions to deepen digital engagement and capture prospect leads. Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders (across UX design, Analytics, business partners, and technology) and external vendors to translate business goals into actionable requirements. Execution: Write clear user stories and lead planning, testing, and release cycles. Continuously work to improve the efficiency of the development process. Analytics: Manage and track product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to inform ongoing product enhancements. Analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements to drive engagement and conversion. 3-5 years of relevant experience balancing business objectives with technical execution in a product ownership role Proven track record of delivering digital products Experience in leading discovery, defining product vision, OKRs, success metrics, and mapping user journeys Comfortable navigating large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives effectively. Proficient in translating high-level business goals into actionable objectives and technical requirements Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill complex problems into iterative, implementable solutions. Strong communication skills, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in social media content management and communications strategy.
