Data & Analytics Engineering This is a Associate position that provides specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines, implementing data models, optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility, including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques. ### Benchmarking of different open/closed AI models for different AI tasks. ### Study and experiment with top research papers and associated code for different AI tasks e.g. ASR, TTS, NER, embedding generation, SLMs, VLM, tools usage, planning, orchestration, guardrails, evaluation, etc. ### Develop prototype to demonstrate model capabilities, advanced usage patterns. ### Fine-tune smaller models for benchmarking on specific domains and evaluation. ### Collaborate with AI engineers to bring potential work to the platform.
