The IM Technology team partners with Investment Management businesses to develop and implement innovative data-driven solutions. The team is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of investment data across the enterprise.

In the Investment Management division, we deliver active investment strategies across public and private markets and custom solutions to institutional and individual investors.

Position Overview
This Business Analysts will be responsible for provide analysis, requirements and testing for enhancements to the MSIM Digital Infrastructure and supporting the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The position will be required to collaborate across a global team and be responsible for active communication on status and timelines. The analyst's work drives integration and efficiency across the digital marketing teams, significantly reducing time to market communications and ensuring a unified, consistent client experience for all clients. Key responsibilities also include facilitating agile execution and managing delivery of specific workstreams.

What you'll do in the role:

> 3+ years project/program management and/or business analyst experience
> 2+ years' experience in the financial services industry preferred,
> Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience managing agile ceremonies
> The ability to oversee:
o project estimations.
o the development and tracking of project plan.
o the development of project deliverables in order to successfully meet project objectives.
> Ability to establish and maintain project communication strategy
> Strong communication and analytic skills
> Experience with
o setting project quality and performance standards.
o defining key project-wide roles and responsibilities are defined.
> Familiarity Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred
> Experience managing peer-level client relationships, third-party partner and/or vendor relationships.
> Skills to define business requirements and specifications, and recommend best business practices
> Strong adherence to corporate policies.

What you'll bring to the role:

> Undergraduate degree in finance, technology discipline or equivalent experience
> Project management experience of successfully delivering solutions within investment banking, asset management or commodities trading environments.
> Experience with performance measurement applications
> Client management experience
> Experience managing multiple full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery.
> Experience with Agile project methodology
> Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
> Ability to work in a team environment.
> Excellent verbal and written skills.
> Maintain a strong commitment to quality.
> Tools used: Microsoft 365, Microsoft TEAMS, JIRA,
