2024 Human Resources Internship Program (Mexico City)

Main Responsibilities

  • Support on the operational tasks for LATAM HR Coverage on both cyclical and ad-hoc HR processes.
  • Project manage planned and ad-hoc activities with HR Business Partner team across the region.
  • Conduct monthly regulatory and internal reports.
  • Support on and off boarding processes.
  • Ongoing review of human resources procedures.
  • Management of internal recruitment and personnel management systems (Workday, Taleo, etc.).
  • Support on coordination of events across the region.
  • Support on Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Support on D&I and Wellness activities.

Skills
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English
  • Education level: 5-7th semester Bachelor's degree
  • Must be a team player who enjoys a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while dealing with a high volume of workflow
  • Microsoft Office Programs - Power BI is a plus.
