Team Overview:

The Technical Communications team is responsible for the production of accurate and interesting user documentation.

Our team is part of the business line which is responsible for products and services delivered to the insurance industry and our main focus is on the products Riskintegrity for IFRS17 and RiskIntegrity for LDTI.

Overview of role/responsibilities for the intern:

To enhance the quality of our deliverables and processes, we have delineated various areas for improvement. The successful candidate will be:

  • Assisting in the design and implementation of these outcomes with the support from various teams.
  • Developing tools to improve generation of user documentation content from specs and user stories, using AI technologies.
  • Designing new ways of communicating about new content

The candidate will work closely with various team members.

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • Currently pursuing the last year of a Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field
  • Coding and programming experience in any language
  • Driven and committed, demonstrating self-motivation
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • GenAI
  • Financial knowledge
  • Experience with a version control system such as GitHub
  • French language skills
