Advisors Data Specialist Intern

The team processes and updates our bespoke software with advisor information submitted by law, financial advisory and accountancy firms that have worked on M&A transactions. The team also creates and amends Advisor records based on research and feedback from regional teams.

Overview of role/responsibilities for the interns

Moody's Analytics' Data Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) research department is looking for interns for a 10-week assignment.

The main responsibilities of this internship/project will be:

• Processing advisor information submitted by law, financial advisory and accountancy firms that have worked on M&A transactions.
• Amending and updating company record information.
• Creating and reporting weekly backlog and maintaining backlog documents.
• Processing daily or weekly projects by following team's research processes.
• Maintain productivity standards by efficient individual timekeeping.

• Fluency in English
• Must have good organisational, time-keeping and attention to detail skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office and in particular Excel highly desirable
