monday.com is looking for a talented Account Executive who will be responsible for ongoing business relationships with our clients. You'll join our Consulting Team based in Sydney, Australia.

This is the start of something BIG!As an Account Executive for our Dev platform product (our fastest-growing product line) you will be responsible for scaling Dev platform sales by providing expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers - focusing on the value our Dev product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform.

  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our Dev product within a PLG (sales-assisted) motion.
  • Lead discovery and Dev-focused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com's solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI
  • Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 Dev platform product in the market
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale

Your Experience & Skills

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company
  • Proven experience in up-sell, cross-sell deals, and net new business - must
  • Fluent in English speaker - must
  • Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Previous experience in collaborating with IT division within companies
  • Track record of success and overachievement
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach
  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a start-up environment
