About The Role

monday.com is looking for an experienced engineering manager with passion for people leadership and ownership of a high velocity continuous delivery r&d organization. You'll join our R&D Infrastructure organization based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv

• Take full ownership of our delivery processes end to end, starting from writing the first line of code to releasing the code to production.
• Take ownership of testing infrastructure and influence how developers work in their day to day.
• Lead and develop our DevSecOps team agenda alongside with guidance from our CISO and his teams.
• Take full ownership building and developing our CI and CD pipeline infrastructure across multiple regions and environments.
• Take an active part in our release management process to production and evolve it to the highest standards, implementing Canary best practices.
• Work in close collaboration with development teams to get constant feedback and improvement cycles.
• People management and team building, including people development and thinking of future vision.
• Directly responsible for managing and developing Release Engineering, Testing Infra and DevSecOps teams.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience - must.
• Great communication skills - must!
• Understanding of a big picture - must!
• High ownership skills - must!
• Hands on with strong technical and coding skills with passion for infrastructure.
• Cloud based environments experience.
• High production scale environment experience.
• Work in a high paced CD environment.
• Team player, egoless and empathetic.
