We are currently seeking a Product Owner who will be responsible for leading product development initiatives, driving product strategy, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

What we'll get you doing:

  • Inspiring and motivating teams with a clear vision of customer problems and product goals.
  • Collect and integrate customer and stakeholder feedback to define and maintain product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Leading domain understanding and continuous learning in your workstream.
  • Using Danaher Business System tools to drive continuous improvement and standardization.

Here is what success in this role looks like:

  • Multiple years of experience in a similar role, preferably within scientific software or life sciences sectors.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, AHA!).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong understanding of the market and competition.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Application of common industry compliance and quality standards (GLP, GMP, 21CFRPart11) in software products.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
