Talent Specialist
We’re looking for a creative and adaptable Talent Specialist to support learning, talent, and employee growth initiatives across Model N’s India and global teams.
Rather than focusing on traditional instructional design alone, this role will help us evolve how we deliver learning—through quick-hit content, digital formats, and innovative approaches such as AI-powered tools, avatars, and microlearning.
This role partners closely with Talent Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to support key priorities like onboarding, manager enablement, career growth, and skill development—while translating ideas into practical, high-quality learning experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop practical, easy-to-consume learning content (e.g., short videos, microlearning, toolkits, and quick reference guides)
- Translate complex topics into simple, engaging, and actionable learning moments
- Create polished, visually engaging materials (especially PowerPoint-based content and learning decks)
- Experiment with modern formats, including AI-generated content, avatars, and interactive tools
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, iteration, and personalization
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support onboarding, manager development, and employee growth initiatives
- Develop materials to support talent conversations, development planning, and team enablement
- Support the rollout of global talent and learning programs across regions
- Coordinate logistics for sessions and ensure smooth execution across time zones
- Track participation, gather feedback, and continuously improve programs
- Support recruiting coordination efforts where applicable
- Ensure learning content is accessible, up to date, and easy to navigate across platforms
- Pull and review basic learning data (e.g., participation, engagement) to inform improvements
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve workflows using technology and AI
