The Arizona Fall League is currently seeking Intern candidates for the 2024 season, learning all aspects of Gameday operations, fan experience and event preparation.
As part of the AFL team, you will assist with game operational setup and management of all aspects at the AFL Venues. Work with staff to execute games and events. Assist with merchandising, sales, ticketing, customer service, outreach, and event planning, while enhancing fan experience.
The ideal candidate will absorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help support the AFL, working with staff to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently while providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience for patrons. Candidates will possess strong verbal communication skills & excellent customer service skills. Interns will need a flexible schedule to include day and night events.

The AFL 2024 Internship runs from mid-September through November in Arizona. All are welcome to apply. Arizona-based applicants may be the best fit. The position includes an hourly stipend and small travel allowance.
