International Payroll Coordinator/Accountant

Summary:

Seeking a highly motivated international payroll and accounting specialist to assist in all areas of our international payroll practices, including, but not limited to, working with outside vendors on completing monthly payrolls, working on ad-hoc projects in the payroll space including the future streamlining of international payroll into Workday and potential consolidation of vendors, the conversion of international payroll data into General Ledger formats (SAP), and the completion of monthly reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all International Payrolls on a monthly basis.
  • Monthly accounting entries such as benefit related accruals, bonus accruals, deferred bonus accruals, payroll bookings and balance sheet reconciliations related to international locations.

  • Qualifications:
    • 3+ years experience in International Payroll/Payroll Accounting
    • Workday Experience (preferred but not required)
    • Excellent excel skills
    • General accounting knowledge

    The expected base salary ranges from $89,000 - $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including but not limited to Medical, Dental and 401k that begin on day one of employment, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
