Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Transformation Manager to drive our most critical strategic initiatives and help shape the future of our business. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our business goals. This role is key to driving change, fostering innovation, and ensuring measurable business impact.
If you have a passion for driving change and thrive on shaping ideas into outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive our portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are well scoped, on track, align with our global strategy and deliver measurable business results.
  • Design and embed a consistent, effective approach for delivering strategic initiatives, enabling greater speed, visibility, and impact across our most important change programs.
  • Strengthen alignment and decision-making by leading steering committees, challenging assumptions, surfacing risks early, and keeping cross-functional teams focused on strategic outcomes.
  • Foster strategic thinking by facilitating innovation workshops and guiding teams to adapt their approaches, think critically, and stay aligned with the wider transformation vision.
  • Track performance and strengthen accountability, using clear KPIs and structured reporting to assess progress, capture lessons learned, and continually improve.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience driving strategic transformation or business change in complex, cross-functional environments (ideally in B2B tech).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse challenges, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to communicate a clear transformation vision, align teams, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Confidence in influencing and guiding decision-making across senior stakeholders and teams.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement — curious, thoughtful, and committed to evolving the business.
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones and travel internationally.
  • Strong background in business strategy, operational excellence, and enterprise-wide change programmes
  • Eligibility to work in a geography in which Symetri operates (UK, Ireland, US, Nordics)
