We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our existing Small to Mid-Market clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a strategic mindset. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, identifying opportunities for growth, and working collaboratively with the Enterprise sales teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives.

Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to add value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and deliver commitments.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients on account status, including performance metrics and project progress.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities for clients.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends to provide strategic guidance to clients.
Requirements: 
 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SalesForce, and Gong.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
Preferred Qualifications: 
 
  • Experience in AECO, primarily within Civil Infrastructure.
  • Experience with Autodesk, Bluebeam, ESRI, or other AECO related software stacks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Salary range: $65-75K base, $130-150K OTE.
