Principal Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Provide technical support to our clients and deliver training on software solutions as needed 
  • Respond to support requests via multiple channels and following documented processes 
  • Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system 
  • Advance unresolved issues to senior staff as required 
  • Actively handle personal backlog of support requests 
  • Manage customer and partner expectations by providing timely updates on progress 
  • Remain informed on improvements in supported products in relevancy to the AEC industry 
  • Provide well-thought out directions to help clients resolve their issue either over the phone or in written communication

Required Skills & Experience 
  • Must have minimum 1-3 years of AEC industry cross discipline experience in BIM and digital technologies 
  • Degree in Architectural, Engineering or related industry preferred 
  • Advanced level using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit as a minimum 
  • Proficiency or familiarity using other BIM related software in a production environment 
  • Demonstrated and recent direct experience with the process, workflow and use of Autodesk Revit MEP and analysis software from conceptual design through construction is preferred 
  • Basic to advanced knowledge on any of these applications is preferred: Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM 360, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Sketchup, Rhino, Bluebeam 
  • Passion for digital technology 
  • Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills 
  • You can easily navigate most Windows settings and can guide an end user through basic tasks like installing/uninstalling software, starting/stopping services, and opening ports in the Windows firewall for specific applications 
  • You have the initiative to learn several Autodesk design/collaboration applications and the workflows that drive their use in the AEC industry 
The candidate should possess: 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • People-minded and hands-on approach to problem solving, responding to, and problem-solving customer issues 
  • Superior presentation skills, business process analysis and listening skills 
  • Proficiency in information gathering and technical discovery techniques 
  • You like helping people and have a knack for picking up software easily and can leverage what you learn into your day-to-day tasks 
  • Ability to work independently and be resourceful 
  • Strong teamwork and relationship management skills 
Salary Range: $55,000- $65,000 Annually. The ideal candidate should live in Central time zone or be open to working Central Time Zone hours.
