As the Device Design Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to partner with multiple design leads that drive the product vision and orchestrate design execution across the Wearables devices.
Wearables Design Program Manager - Devices Responsibilities:
- This role involves building a Design seat at the table with cross-functional stakeholders, and passion to follow-through on a design-led process for each and every product.
- The job will be dynamic and responsive to product needs whether in the concept stage or launch stage, meaning you can be designing a new critique process one day, and the next at a photo shoot for launch marketing.
- You will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration, effective communication, and efficient project execution across the design portfolio of Wearables products.

- 5+ years of experience working with software or hardware product teams
- Experience working with engineering or technical teams directly
- Experience executing on an established rhythm of business, running a team through a project plan, and managing pivots along the path to delivery.
- Detail oriented and organized both individually and at team scale
- Experience working with external vendors, including sourcing and negotiating
- Experience in developing product quality standards and design operations
- Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions
- Demonstrated experience with effective communication
- Track record of working closely with hardware and software engineers, product managers, and designers
- Demonstrated experience problem solving in dynamic and ambiguous situations
- Previous Hardware experience.
- Previous experience as Design Program Manager, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or general program management.
- Previous mixed reality or wearables experience.
- Experience and knowledge of AI tools

$157,000/year to $218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
