This position sits within our Real Estate Planning and Project (REPP) team, representing the Global Workplace Services (GWS) team, within Meta's internal business function. This role will be responsible for partnering with multiple business functions within Meta. You will work with multiple business pillars and designated business leaders, ensuring that REPP and GWS have an understanding of each pillar's strategic priorities and workplace requirements. You will also represent our priorities with the business pillars to educate leaders and help them better understand how the workplace is serving their teams.
Strategic Facilities Planning, Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Business pillar's strategic Facilities partner
- Drive decisions, reporting and management of global space programs that impact business across multiple sites, examples, new desk sharing concepts and models
- Build and maintain relationships with key Business Partners at the executive level. Capture key business strategies, requirements, drivers and long-range headcount demand and socialize real estate strategies that impact the business
- Develop and manage global Business summaries (snapshots) and share key insights with pillar leadership and Global Workplace Services / Facilities leadership
- Collect changes to business goals and objectives and input business intelligence and client engagement key takeaways leveraging the CRM Tool
- Partner with Communications, Facilities Delivery, and other XFNs to provide communication and awareness related to current and future GWS strategy, GWS proposed real estate activities and enterprise initiatives that impact our Business Partners
- Collaborate with teams (e.g., space planners, workplace services managers, workplace research and innovation, design and delivery team etc) to ensure business needs are effectively addressed in workplace solutions
- Align business demand planning with Finance Long Range Plan to inform Facilities strategy
- Facilitate and support change strategy for enterprise strategic priorities and GWS initiatives
- Partner with Portfolio Planning to support the management of Meta's real estate portfolio, including owned and leased administrative office and lab space
- Partner with the Site Planning Team and Space Planning vendor partners to execute GWS strategy at the site level

- 12+ years of work experience in corporate real estate planning, transactions, or project delivery
- Stakeholder management experience and influencing skills across all levels of an organization, including leadership
- Experience interpreting business insights, translating strategy plans into execution and presenting to audiences
- Experience using data to influence business decisions and strategy
- Experience working with corporate real estate portfolios
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills with a creative approach to managing ambiguity and operating in an evolving environment
- Storytelling experience and experience working at a technology company

$170,000/year to $240,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
