We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as Strategic Account Manager to support sales enablement of Essilor Luxottica Owned and Operated stores.In this role the candidate will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing sales and channel marketing strategy to support EL stores Wearable category development and sales velocity. They will also report internally on partner business performance and advocate for investments and initiatives to support growth ambitions.This is a cross functional role directly in contact with Partner sales leaders and marketing teams as well as Meta cross functional teams including Category Management, Product Management, Business Development, Data Science, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations.This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement for EssilorLuxottica Channels and requires the ability to travel to meet partners team in person and conduct market visits.

Strategic Account Manager, EssilorLuxottica Partner Retail Chains Responsibilities:
- In partnership with EssilorLuxottica define and execute an annual business plan for each Retail Banners and geography
- Establish and manage quarterly business review with key EL and Meta leaders to review performance and agree on business priorities
- Manage account scorecard (sales and mdf), maintain detail understanding of partner business performance/trends and actively reports within the larger Wearable Sales Group
- Create and present account strategy to executives and internal / external stakeholders to align resources and drive growth
- Negotiate and manage Marketing Development Funds budgets in partnership with category management and marketing to support growth opportunities with EL Retail banners
- Negotiate with EL Retail banner specific programs to support year goals and present them internally to gain alignment and approvals cross functional partners (finance, marketing, legal, operations, etc)
- Leverage Meta internal resources such as Consumer Experience, Integrated Marketing, DRM to provide EL with insight on consumer behaviors, market evolution, product roadmaps to drive category relevance and growth
- Support NPI launch and End of Life strategies at EL Banner level to maximize sales opportunities
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Optical retail channels and products, providing guidance to EL retail partners and internal cross-functional teams
- Participate in key meetings and events as required
- BA/BS in Business or Marketing-related field or similar work experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing role, with a focus on business planning and tactical execution
- 5+ years experience working in the Optical industry in eyewear distribution
- Experience communicating and working in a highly cross-functional capacity
- Experience working with various teams across the organization, essential to be adaptive and collaborative
- Experience in business planning and tactical execution, with a clear understanding of the various tools available to drive retail sales
- Experience in go-to-market planning and execution in traditional retail channels
- Experience in channel marketing/Category management

$159,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
