Our data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates to deliver our innovative services. Meta is seeking an experienced and organized coordinator/analyst for our Strategy & Operations Team within Site Development. The Strategy & Operations Team's mission is to be a central conduit for strategic direction and business operations leadership for the wider Site Development organization, directly supporting site selection and enablement for Meta's data center capacity needs. This role will be instrumental in ensuring special projects and key initiatives are delivered in a timely manner and with all relevant stakeholder input, identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement, implementing scalable solutions, and guiding data-driven leadership decisions.

Site Development Business Operations Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project goals and deadlines
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors, to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement new processes, procedures, and systems to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process changes are communicated effectively and adopted successfully and sustainably
  • Develop best practices and guidelines/standards for project management and business operations
  • Provide operational support to the business, including data analysis, reporting, and metrics development
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
  • Participate in business planning and strategy development
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and other events to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies
  • Communicate changes to stakeholders, including training and support materials as needed
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field e.g., business, economics, environment etc
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations or project coordination/management
  • Proven experience to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building and managing relationships a variety of cross-functional partners
  • Practical analytical experience and organizational skills, with attention to detail, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the data center industry
  • Experience with project management and data analytics/visualization tools
  • Experience working with budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Certification in project management or operations management (e.g., Project Management Professional, Agile Methodology)

$126,000/year to $179,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
