We are looking for an experienced Scaled Partner Manager to join our Global Scaled Partnerships team. As the Scaled Partner Manager, you'll focus on supporting people, helping them get the tools and information they need, and driving product adoption among our partners. You will be responsible for managing the Partner experience for those you support.
Scaled Partner Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships at scale by establishing an ongoing cadence of partner communication and outreach, and by addressing business and operational issues
- Create content, host virtual events, manage operations, engage with and inspire creators, and strengthen our connection with partners, and connect and support creators working toward personal and professional development
- Work autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously, be responsible for creating engaging content and building a following, and connecting people and building trust and rapport within partner support channels
- Manage creators through scaled channels to support them in growing and engaging their audience, achieving their potential, and adopting new products
- Present key concepts, product information, and curriculum during webinars, workshops, and training to partners to help them connect, learn, succeed, and adopt new products
- Work with central teams to develop, maintain and distribute vertical and life-stage specific best practices
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics to develop and execute against program and partnership goals
- Maintain a proper record of the book-of-business in order to make market level decisions and ascertain opportunities for managed partners
- Work cross functionally with a variety of teams, including Policy, Communications, Product, Marketing and Operations teams to advocate for partner needs
- Develop solid product expertise, collecting and synthesizing meaningful feedback and acting as the voice of your partners internally, representing their needs and collaborating with central product team to inform and accelerate product strategies
- Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders

- 5+ years of experience, including community management experience
- Understanding of the Creator and Social Media economy
- Knowledge and experience with creator tools, such as Stories, Reels, and Live Videos on both Facebook and Instagram
- Experience identifying and acting on relevant trends, and responding in real-time in conversations and comments
- Experience hosting events, live interactions and public connection skills
- Experience using data to make decisions
- Experience developing and supporting stakeholders and communicating and presenting to internal and external partners
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with different levels of management, both internally and externally
- Experience prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, adapting with changing priorities, and balancing short-term needs with long-term goals in a time sensitive environment

$129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
