Meta is seeking a highly analytical, impact-oriented Sales Strategic Planning and Operations (SSPO) Lead to join our Latin America SSPO team. This role will work in a highly collaborative environment partnering with the broader Latin America and Global SSPO teams as well as Sales and cross-functional leadership. It will entail analyzing market, advertiser and agency performance on a regular basis as well as leading the Latin America planning process, rhythm of the business and quota setting process. The SSPO Lead will look for ways to improve the efficiency and impact of these processes within the organization and work with other team members to automate where applicable.This role requires someone who has a skillset to manage a range of tasks, including, but not limited to, resource planning and analysis, business goal definition, data-driven business reviews, sales pipeline reporting and analysis, internal communications, adhoc data analysis, coordination and leadership of critical projects across the company, management of stakeholders and contribution to the team and values.*This is a Short Term Employment (STE) of 9 months*

Sales Strategic Planning and Operations Lead (STE) Responsibilities:
  • Partnerships: Develop collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and partners within the Latin American team and across the company, including leading cross-functional task forces on major initiatives
  • Business Insights: Conduct impactful analyses on major revenue and product trends, including vertical performance, product adoption, leading revenue indications, team productivity and sales effectiveness, as well as external market and competitor analysis to be used for planning, offsites and strategic decisions
  • Strategic Planning: Design and flawlessly execute on planning process in partnership with regional and global BP&O teams, Sales leaders and key cross-functional stakeholders across Latin America, to drive thoughtful strategy and resource budgeting plans
  • Project/Process management: Support sales leadership on short-term and long-term projects including launch of new sales programs, segmentation and service models
  • Quota Setting: Responsible for engaging with global and regional teams to run the Latin American quota setting process
  • Operational Improvements: Provide suggestions and recommendations on how to improve core BP&O processes such as planning, rhythm of the business, quota setting and work with regional and global teams to implement solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in a business-related or analytical field
  • 7+ years of work experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Sales Operations, or Business Planning
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience with experience providing business insights, developing recommendations and telling stories based on data sets
  • Interpersonal and communication experience with demonstrated experience presenting business and technical content to audiences
  • Prioritization experience and experience working independently on multiple projects and initiatives
  • Experienced in project/process management and experience collaborating in a cross-functional environment
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
  • Experience with G-suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)

  • MBA degree
